Lotus Awakening Discovery: Go Deep
Kickstart your development and off you go… together will start with a process of discovery, “Discovery of You”. The Discovery program looks at the areas of life or work that matter most to you. We design a program tailored to where you are now and where you want to go, offering you insight and practices to get you on your way. It’s got the depth and the legs to take you far beyond these few weeks as you carry yourself forth.
The Roots: We will start with a Foundation Session. Focused on your hopes, your dreams, your loves, and your challenges in collaboration with someone fully committed to supporting your success. During this session, we will explore all of these aspects of you, mind body and soul. We will get to know one another better, establishing our relationship and how we will work together. We lay down the foundation to create a coaching program that will move you in the direction you want to go. Expect insight and clarity about what’s next for you. I take the time in-between sessions to design your program. This is a session of inquiry, not solution-focused. 1.5 hours
We will identify those areas of your life that you want to transform and will begin to set priorities for the coaching process. You start walking down the path with practices to engage with. By the end of the session, we will both be clear on the reasons that you’ve come to coaching and what you intend to get out of it. You will leave this session with homework designed specifically for you and for the change you want to see in your life.

Coaching sessions: Flowering of the Lotus: Regular coaching sessions, 60 minutes in length. These sessions will continue to support you in creating what it is that you want to see in your life. We will work with the challenges, celebrate the achievements and celebrate each and every call. Moving with your actions and practices, grounding strengthens your progress as you continue with deep learning.
