I am life + intimacy coach, yoga & spiritual teacher, intuitive channeler and body & energy, healer.  Very early on in my life, I was aware of connecting to Divine energy, I wanted to help people transform in a very profound way. In my approach, I pull from a variety of both Eastern and Western wellness, spiritual, and philosophical traditions.

I started coaching because one of my deepest passions is to maintain a safe, compassionate environment for others while they drop their limiting beliefs and fully own their authenticity, vulnerability and truth. My mission is to help those who seek it to find the power of their inner world through “Path to Self”. I’m here to help you fall in love with your True Self.
